freight brokers are specialists in this function and are able to obtain very favorable rates for our customers.

Q. How are you able to charge variable costs as opposed to fixed costs?
A. The fees you are charged for using our shipping and
warehousing and storage services are based on what you use and the length of time your products are warehoused. You have no overhead or monthly fixed charges. Because your costs are not fixed, you save during low use periods.

Q. Will I be required to sign a long term contract?
A. No. The handling and
warehouse and storage and services do not require a minimum time commitment. Charges for other services are negotiable. You pay only for the services you use for the length of time you use them.

Q. How do I know you can handle our volume of business?
A. We have designed our business and
warehousing facilities to be flexible, and can handle larger volumes as your needs grow. For example, we process 6,000 returns a week for one customer. For another customer, we have added 20 people to our staff in a matter of 48 hours.

Q. What is your processing time on returns and shipments?
A. We process all reverse logistics returns within 48 hours. Outgoing shipments are shipped within 48 hours after we receive your notification. In many cases, we provide same-day shipping.

A. Yes. Our warehousing facilities are equipped with an industry-standard inventory tracking system. We also provide inventory auditing and counting services. We can provide reports to you as often as you need them, from twice daily to daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We can also provide reports on demand, if needed.
