Our test bays are operated by experienced, trained technicians. We are able to add more bays within a matter of days, to handle variations in volume. Our facility is EDI compliant, ensuring that accurate reports are provided to you daily.
As with our other services, you pay for only the reverse and return logistics services you use. When returns are low, so are your costs.
- RMA Management: We can manage your RMA program, ensuring that your customers get credited for approved returns. We scan the return labels, comparing the RMA number with your list. The returned items themselves can be repackaged, refurbished, warehoused, shipped, or discarded. You receive daily reports, so that you can adjust your customer accounts.
- Warranty/Returns Processing: Serving as your returns warehouse, we scan each return to determine its warranty status. Each item is tested, and defective or damaged items are separated out. We can refurbish good or lightly-blemished items. Refurbished items can be shipped directly to your customers, or warehoused for later delivery to an outlet store or other location. Damaged items are discarded or recycled. We provide reports to you daily.
